Visitors to Miami during the FIFA World Cup 2026™ will find that the tournament experience extends well beyond the stadium. From 13 June to 5 July, Bayfront Park in downtown Miami will be transformed into the FIFA Fan Festival™ Miami, a free, open-air gathering space where fans can watch matches on large-format screens, enjoy live entertainment and experience the energy of one of the world’s most culturally vibrant cities.

Spanning more than 436,000 square feet of waterfront parkland, the festival is expected to welcome up to 30,000 visitors per day across its 23-day run. A main stage with capacity for 10,000 people will host live performances and cultural programming between matches, with gates opening ahead of every kick-off and activities running throughout the day. The setting at Bayfront Park’s iconic waterfront means that even time spent between matches carries its own appeal.

For visitors to South Florida during FIFA World Cup 2026™ the Fan Festival offers a compelling and entirely cost-free way to be a part of summers’ greatest sports event without the pressure of securing match tickets.

Rodney Barreto, co-chair of the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Miami Host Committee, described the festival’s reach and purpose: “During 23 days, Bayfront Park will become a global meeting point where residents and visitors from around the world can celebrate football while experiencing the culture, diversity and hospitality that define Miami.”

Beyond match screenings, the festival is designed as an immersive, multisensory experience that weaves together the global scale of the World Cup with the cultural identity of South Florida. Fans can expect interactive experiences, community programming, and live entertainment reflecting the diversity of Miami’s neighbourhoods covering from music to cultural storytelling.

A standout feature is Faces of Fan Festival, an interactive large-scale installation through which attendees can contribute their image and a personal message to an evolving visual collage that will endure as a collective memory of FIFA World Cup 2026™ long after the final whistle.

The Bayfront Park venue will include shaded areas, hydration stations and cooling elements alongside sustainability and accessibility initiatives designed to make the experience comfortable for all.

For fans who cannot make it to Bayfront Park, the Miami Host Committee is also organising free public viewing events across Miami-Dade County.

Additional community viewing events across Miami-Dade are being confirmed, with a full schedule expected in the coming weeks.

The FIFA Fan Festival™ Miami is free and open to the public for the duration of FIFA World Cup 2026™.

Confirmed dates include:

• 27 June — Colombia vs Portugal at Palmetto Golf Course (doors 6:30 pm, kick-off 7:30 pm)

• 18 July — Third-place match at Little Haiti Park and North Beach Sand Bowl (doors 4:00 pm, kick-off 5:00 pm)

• 19 July — Final at Amelia Earhart Park, North Beach Sand Bowl, and Tropical Park (doors 2:00 pm, kick-off 3:00 pm)
