Cabana Beach Daze evolves

..to luxury day club experience for 10th anniversary staging

OCHO RIOS, St Ann — After a decade of curating premium lifestyle experiences on Jamaica’s north coast, Cabana Beach Daze is officially entering a new era. Now re-imagined as Cabana Day Club, the aspirational event brand will celebrate its 10th anniversary on Labour Day, Monday, May 25, 2026, at the scenic Gardens at Dunn’s River Falls in Ocho Rios, St Ann.

The official launch event for the anniversary staging was held on Friday, May 8 at Plantation Smokehouse at which state minister in the Ministry of Tourism Tova Hamilton, Mayor of St Ann Bay Councillor Michael Belnavis, members of the Jamaica Constabulary Force, as well as invited partners and long-time supporters were given a first look into the evolution of the experience that has become a staple on Jamaica’s entertainment calendar.

Known for its vibrant energy, premium cuisine, and stylish patrons, Cabana has spent the last decade building a loyal following through elevated beach events.

However, according to promoter and CEO of Ascend Innovations Warren Clarke, the transition into Cabana Day Club reflects the natural progression of the brand and the changing desires of its audience.

“Over the years, we realised that the beach setting, while beautiful, created limitations on the kind of experiences we wanted to offer our patrons. Our audience has evolved. They wanted more curated brunch-style experiences, more luxury, more atmosphere, and more opportunities to connect with the brand while having a good time. Cabana Day Club gives us the flexibility to deliver that without being confined to one type of environment,” explained Clarke.

Set against the lush backdrop of Dunn’s River Tranquility Gardens, this year’s staging promises a multi-sensory luxury escape designed around six pillars of the Cabana experience — the location, cuisine, premium drinks, music, photo-ready aesthetics, and unforgettable party vibes.

Patrons can expect an expanded food court with 10 stations featuring a variety of distinct cuisines, top-shelf beverage offerings, innovative décor installations and immersive lounge experiences.

One of the standout additions for the anniversary staging will be the luxury cabana lounges; each cabana having its own private chef complete with dedicated hosts catering to guests throughout the event.

“We have always been known for quality food and a premium atmosphere, but this year we are elevating every touchpoint, and that’s why we are encouraging patrons to come out early and enjoy the actual brunch cuisine that will be prepared for them as the precursor to enjoying the rest of the event,” Clarke shared.

The event also serves as a major showcase for Ascend Innovations, the production company behind the staging. Interestingly, Clarke revealed that the company itself was birthed from the operational journey of the Cabana Beach Daze brand with a number of production services unavailable when he initially began staging the event. Upon realising this, he invested in a production company that could service the event and other events that required premium production services.
