Fashion Radar: Panty Paradise

Tuesday Style Fashion (TSF) stops by Panty Paradise for this week’s spotlight on retailers. Under the fashion radar today is principal Rallicia Lawrence.

TSF: When/How/Where did the Panty Paradise story begin?

Rallicia Lawrence (RL): Nine years ago in Kingston, I was working at a call centre when I recognised a clear market niche: clothing stores were plentiful, but there was no dedicated panty retailer. Motivated by a lifelong passion for fashion, particularly intimates, I founded Panty Paradise to fill that gap. The goal was to provide a focused selection of high-quality lingerie and undergarments that balance style, fit and comfort. I started with market research, built relationships with trusted suppliers, and established a brand centred on empowerment, accessible pricing, and exceptional service. Since then, Panty Paradise has grown into a trusted destination for intimates, continually refining our assortment to meet real customers’ needs.

TSF: How did your own journey in retail commence?

RL: Before Panty Paradise, I had a stored called Chan Couture, which was strictly focused on clothing and accessories. It only lasted a few months. After doing the ‘norm’ I realised that was not for me, and started selling underwear after a break in business.

How have you maintained relevance in such a competitive environment?

Over the past six years, Panty Paradise has maintained relevance through a combination of focus, agility and customer-centric design. When COVID disrupted sales, I pivoted to a bold product innovation: a line of printed panties. The prints offered a new way for customers to express individuality, align with seasonal trends and engage with the brand in a meaningful way. The initiative resonated with our market and has remained popular across seasons. We continue to stay relevant by offering package deals, collaborating with social media influencers and creators to expand reach on social media platforms and also one more style each day.

TSF: Share some of the products/items sold at your store.

RL: Underwear, bra, lingerie, skincare products, adult toys, Victoria’s Secret accessories, fragrances and basic clothing items.

TSF: What can customers look forward to from Panty Paradise in 2026?

RL: In February 2026, Panty Paradise started Golden Skin which is our luxurious skincare side of the business with items such EOS products, Vaseline body oil, Palmer’s Cocoa Butter lotion and oil, Tree Hut body scrub, and so much more. The aim is to get the skin glowing before you add the intimate apparel. Customers should look forward to our 9th anniversary sale and customer appreciation observed on Friday, June 26 and Saturday, June 27.

TSF: What are five Panty Paradise must-haves for summer?

RL: Definitely shapewear, cotton thongs (we have some as low as $200), a good black bra, custom panty with your spouse’s name on it, and a feminine health supplement like VH Probiotics with Prebiotics and Cranberry.
