Policeman dies in Ewarton bike crash

ST CATHERINE, Jamaica — A policeman died as result of injuries he suffered in a traffic crash in Ewarton, St Catherine on Monday morning.

The deceased has been identified as Constable Shanki Gordon of the St Catherine North Operations Team.

Observer Online understands that sometime after 2am, Gordon was driving his motorcycle when he crashed into another vehicle.

He suffered serious injuries and was rushed to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
