Popcaan to perform full ‘Nothing Without God’ album in live show
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Dancehall artiste Popcaan is set to perform his full Nothing Without God album for the very first time in Jamaica at the Ranny Williams Entertainment Centre on June 13.
Headlined by the international dancehall superstar, the event will see the performance of the album, which features collaborations with his brother Natebadz and Chronic Law, in its entirety.
Organisers describe it as “a rare opportunity to experience the project live from start to finish”.
The event comes on the heels of Popcaan’s successful Nothing Without God release parties in Canada, which drew strong support from fans across the diaspora and further amplified the impact of the project internationally.
Adding to the momentum, Popcaan was also recently featured on Drake’s newly released album Maid of Honor on the track titled Amazing Shape, one of three albums released by the global superstar on May 15.
The event’s lineup will also feature a dynamic roster of talented Jamaican acts, including Runkus, fresh off the release of his new album SupaNova, alongside Grammy-winning vocalist Nordia Mothersille and reggae-dancehall artiste JahVinci.
Organisers say Nothing Without God is more than just a concert — it is a celebration of faith, music, culture and purpose.
They noted that patrons can expect immersive production, surprise moments and an atmosphere designed to inspire and uplift audiences from start to finish.
“This event is deeply personal for us because it represents faith, growth and gratitude,” said Unruly Squid, one of the event organisers and sister of Popcaan. “We wanted to create an experience where people can connect through music, feel inspired and leave with something special. It’s going to be a powerful night for Jamaica and for the culture.”
