Treasure Bay Estates highlights investment opportunities at THROP-X 2026
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Treasure Bay Estates has reaffirmed its dedication to real estate investment, national development and diaspora engagement through its participation as the platinum real estate sponsor of THROP-X 2026.
The event, staged under the banner of the Jamaica Real Estate Investment Conference, brought together a diverse mix of investors, entrepreneurs, business leaders, policymakers, and members of the Jamaican diaspora to examine opportunities driving the country’s economic transformation.
Throughout the conference, discussions focused on entrepreneurship, innovation, investment opportunities, and the importance of building strategic partnerships capable of fostering sustainable growth across Jamaica.
Treasure Bay Estates noted that it used the platform to connect with key stakeholders while highlighting the role of property investment in creating wealth and supporting long-term national progress.
The conference also provided an opportunity to engage directly with members of the diaspora, whose contributions continue to play a significant role in Jamaica’s development, it said.
Aubyn Henry, co-principal of Treasure Bay Estates, underscored the value of strengthening relationships between Jamaica and Jamaicans living abroad.
“Jamaica’s future will be strengthened by our ability to connect vision, investment and opportunity,” he said. “Events such as THROP-X create an environment where meaningful conversations can lead to meaningful outcomes.”
“The Jamaican diaspora remains one of our nation’s greatest assets, and real estate continues to provide a tangible avenue for individuals to participate in the country’s growth while creating lasting value for future generations. We were pleased to be part of a platform that brought together forward-thinking leaders committed to Jamaica’s continued progress.”
The conference showcased the increasing interest in investment and development opportunities across Jamaica while emphasising the critical role collaboration plays among investors, business leaders, entrepreneurs, and diaspora communities.
Treasure Bay Estates said it remains committed to developing projects that deliver lasting benefits for investors and communities alike, while contributing to a more resilient and prosperous Jamaica.
