Keznamdi announces major US tour dates to top breakout year
Fresh from a Grammy-winning season and back-to-back sold-out concerts in New York and Los Angeles, reggae star Keznamdi is showing no signs of slowing down.
The Jamaican entertainer has officially announced the first US dates for his highly anticipated BLXXD & FYAH Live World Tour in partnership with Live Nation, marking another major milestone in what has already been a breakthrough year for the internationally acclaimed artiste.
The tour announcement follows a triumphant, two-city concert run that saw Keznamdi sell out intimate venues at Hotel Café in Los Angeles and the legendary SOB’s in New York.
The performances, his first since securing a historic Best Reggae Album victory at the 68th Grammy Awards, underscored his growing influence on the global reggae landscape and heightened anticipation for his return to larger stages.
Audiences were treated to an electrifying showcase of the artiste’s signature fusion of conscious lyricism, soulful melodies, and captivating stage presence, further proving why demand for the BLXXD & FYAH experience continues to soar.
On the road.
The momentum extends well beyond Grammy success. Last month, Keznamdi earned two nominations at the International Reggae and World Music Awards (IRAWMA), receiving recognition for Best Album for
BLXXD & FYAH and Best Song for the fan-favourite collaboration Forever Grateful featuring dancehall heavyweight Masicka. The nominations add yet another layer of recognition to a project that continues to resonate with reggae lovers worldwide.
Reflecting on the whirlwind success and the road ahead, Keznamdi expressed gratitude to supporters who have helped fuel his rise.
“A few months ago we were celebrating a Grammy. A few weeks ago we packed out rooms in Los Angeles and New York. Now it’s time for the next chapter. We’re bringing the BLXXD & FYAH live experience back on the road this October in bigger venues. And to everyone carrying this music around the world, thank you for walking this journey with us,” he said.
The first leg of the US tour will see Keznamdi perform in San Francisco on October 4, San Diego on October 8, Los Angeles on October 9, Philadelphia on October 14, and New York on October 15.
With additional dates expected to be announced in the coming weeks, the BLXXD & FYAH Live World Tour is shaping up to be one of the most significant moments yet in Keznamdi’s rapidly expanding international career — one that continues to elevate reggae music on some of the world’s biggest stages.
