Taste It! #FA2026

Mastercard delivered a priceless feast of flavours at the recent staging of the Jamaica Observer Table Talk Food Awards. The booth, executed by Penta Experiential Marketing LLC in collaboration with Shikima Hinds, became an instant hot spot as guests gathered to sample Chef Volae Williams’ culinary offerings.

Williams teased the senses, opening with peppered shrimp with pumpkin romesco and oxtail ragout with parmesan arancini callaloo chimichurri. The indulgence continued with a pimento beef medallion paired with yam truffle risotto and charred corn succotash, alongside an ackee mousse and tomato tartlet. The finale came in the form of crispy curried goat croquettes finished with a tamarind glaze.
