Hummingbird Charities’ ‘Fete For A Cause’
Kingston’s philanthropic set made its way to Millsborough Avenue on Sunday, June 28 for Hummingbird Charities Limited’s annual Fête For A Cause fund-raising brunch, where effortless summer style, lively conversation, and a shared commitment to giving back defined the afternoon. Beneath clear skies, guests gathered in support of the charity’s three flagship initiatives — Hummingbird Feeds, Sole2Sole, and the Bossman Initiative, a mobile health clinic that will deliver free health screenings to 1,000 men in 2026, in support of the Ministry of Health and Wellness’s Know Your Numbers campaign. The afternoon also marked a milestone moment with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Hummingbird Charities Limited and the Jamaica Cancer Society, strengthening the reach of the Bossman Initiative.
