Pure Lounge at the Food Awards
Riding high on its win for Best-Kept Secret – Food and Beverage, Pure Ultra Lounge tantalised taste buds when it exhibited at the recent Jamaica Observer Table Talk Food Awards. Bringing the best of Montego Bay to Kingston, the booth — brought to life by Supreme Vision Productions and Supreme Vision Décor — piqued the interest of patrons keen to offer their own verdict.
Living up to expectations, the culinary trio of Head Chef Shannoy Wilson, Chef de Partie Tanya-Lee Harding, and Range Chef Fitzroy Ford served up a sample of Pure’s offerings from garlic Parmesan tenders and shrimp marinara to chicken alfredo pasta, alongside a wing selection featuring the spicy Cajun ban ban, BBQ, and honey ginger.
Naturally having earlier bagged one of the coveted Mixologists of Distinction awards, there were signature cocktails to enjoy, notably the Watermelon Tequila and the After Dark.
The consensus? A trip to Montego Bay for the full experience is a must!
