St Ann police intensify search for missing Steer Town man
ST ANN, Jamaica — Police in St Ann have intensified their search for 66-year-old Owen Hamilton, otherwise called “Teacha” or “OG”, who has been missing for the past six days.
Hamilton, of Steer Town in St Ann, was last seen on Saturday, July 4, while participating in a grave-digging exercise in Bamboo in the parish.
He is approximately six feet tall, weighs about 170 pounds, and has grey hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information on Hamilton’s whereabouts is being asked to contact the St Ann’s Bay Police Station at 876-841-0239 or 876-369-0145, or the nearest police station.
Meanwhile, Hamilton’s relatives are appealing to members of the public to join a massive search party scheduled for Saturday, July 11, which will extensively comb the Bamboo area in an effort to locate him.
