WATCH: Man arrested after vandalising several vehicles in Half-Way-Tree

KINGSTON, Jamaica — A man believed to be of unsound mind was arrested by police on Wednesday morning after reportedly vandalising several motor vehicles in Half-Way-Tree, St Andrew in the vicinity of the transport centre.

A video of the incident shows the man walking into oncoming traffic while carrying what appeared to be a stick. He was then seen using the object to smash the side mirror of one vehicle before shattering the windshield of a passing minivan.

He was quickly apprehended by police on location.

Further reports reaching Observer Online indicate that he is currently receiving medical treatment while under police guard.
