Peter-John Parsard on fire with career-best four-timer

Trainer Peter-John “The Chosen One” Parsard continued his red-hot form with a magnificent four-timer at Caymanas Park on Saturday, July 25, 2026, taking races one, six, seven, and 10 to further cement his position in the top-three leading stables.

Parsard got off to a perfect start when Turnonthelight won race one, a three-year-old and upward Optional Claiming ($350,000-$250,000) event that included six-year-olds and upward (non-winners of four) over 6 furlongs (1,200m). Ridden by Raddesh Roman, Turnonthelight won by 9 ½ lengths in 1:13.1 (23.4 x 47.3 x 1:00.3).

He doubled up in race five as Manoletti Majestic, under Reyan Lewis won the Restricted Allowance II contest for native-bred three-year-olds (non-winners of two) and imported three-year-olds and upward (maidens) over 5 furlongs (1,000m) straight. Manoletti Majestic won by 4 ½ lengths in a time of 1:00.2 (23.2 x 46.4).

The treble came in race seven with Boss Man who won the Overnight Allowance race for three-year-olds and upward over 6 ½ furlongs (1,300m) in impressive fashion. With Tajay Suckoo in the saddle, Boss Man destroyed rivals by 12 ¼ lengths and stopped the clock in 1:16.2 (23.3 x 45.4 x 1:10.2).

Parsard capped off a brilliant afternoon when D Head Cornerstone won the 10th, a three-year-old and upward Claiming ($1.5m-$1.2m) spread over 7 ½ furlongs (1,500m). Ridden by Lewis, D Head Cornerstone won by 2 ½ lengths in 1:30.4 (23.4 x 45.4 x 1:10.4 x 1:24.1).

The four winners gave Parsard his 40th win from 127 starts with earnings of over $29 million in stakes. He sits third in the trainer standing by both win and stakes behind Jason DaCosta (53 winners and over $52 million in stakes) and Anthony Nunes (47 winners and over $45 million in stakes).
