KINGSTON, Jamaica—Coralisle Group (CG) has concluded its 2026 summer internship programme, welcoming students from across six jurisdictions- Bermuda, Cayman, The Bahamas, Barbados, Trinidad, and Jamaica.

“Our internship programme was intentionally designed to give students a genuine understanding of what it’s like to build a career at CG,” said Naz Farrow, chief executive officer (CEO) of CG. “From meaningful work assignments and executive exposure to mentorship, community involvement, and cross-functional collaboration, every element is designed to help our interns develop professionally while making a real contribution. We’re incredibly proud that many former interns have returned to join our team full-time, which speaks to both the strength of the programme and the exceptional talent we have the privilege of working with.”

This year’s CG United Jamaica cohort included Chelsea Moulton, who spent eight weeks immersed in a structured programme designed to provide meaningful professional experience while developing the next generation of Caribbean talent.

Now in its sixth year, CG’s summer internship programme has evolved into far more than a traditional summer placement. Designed as a fully immersive experience, the programme gives students the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work, collaborate with professionals across multiple disciplines, and gain first-hand insight into the diverse career opportunities available within the insurance industry.

Throughout the summer, interns worked alongside teams in areas including insurance, legal, finance, marketing, human resources, operations, technology, and customer service. They participated in professional development sessions led by CG leaders, received mentorship from employees across the Group, engaged in community initiatives, and built valuable relationships with colleagues across the region.

A signature component of the programme is the Group-Wide Intern Project, which brings together interns from every participating jurisdictions to work as one cross-border team. Operating independently, the interns researched, developed, and presented recommendations to CG’s executive leadership on a real business challenge affecting the insurance industry.

The programme also reflects CG’s long-term commitment to developing future talent. Over the years, a number of former interns have gone on to build successful careers within the organisation, transitioning into full-time roles across multiple business functions.

Each jurisdiction also delivered its own local experiences, providing interns with opportunities to volunteer within their communities, participate in networking events, strengthen professional skills, and gain exposure to the day-to-day operations of a leading regional organisation.
