Craftsman Uriah Lawes kicks off the series with an intimate view of the making of handcarts, the workhorse at markets across Jamaica.
Also called “Prento”, the 65-year old craftsman is originally from St Catherine but honed his craft in Kingston near the Coronation and other downtown markets.
