On that afternoon, in the opening event of a 10-race card at Caymanas Park, Robinson, formerly a jockey, saddled his very first winner as a licensed conditioner.

That moment of triumph was delivered by the seasoned campaigner Silent Cat. Guided with assurance by jockey Eric Haughton, Silent Cat took command in a three-year-old and upward optional claiming event valued at $350,000-$250,000. The chestnut gelding left Diamond Rock (Tevin Foster) in second and Colorado Ranger (Phillip Parchment) in third.
