Gas prices up $1.43, $.25, diesel up $4.50
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Motorists should see a decrease at the pumps in the price of gasoline effective Thursday, August 20, according to the latest ex-refinery costs from Petrojam.
90-octane will be sold for $213.22 per litre after an increase of $0.25, while 87-octane will be sold for $205.80, after an increase of $1.43.
Automotive Diesel will be sold for $ 233.50 after an increase of $4.50, and ultra-low sulphur diesel will be sold for $ 253.58 per litre, up $4.50.
Kerosene is also up $4.50, to be sold for $ 204.91.
Propane liquid petroleum increased to $ 77.29 per litre after a $0.93 increase and butane liquid petroleum will be sold for $ 85.92 per litre up $0.25.
Marketing companies and retailers will add their respective markups to these prices.
