TAJ advises of system downtime for its eServices platform
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Tax Administration Jamaica (TAJ) is advising the public that its Revenue Administration Information System (RAiS) eServices platform will be temporarily unavailable on Friday, September 4, 2026, due to a scheduled system upgrade.
According to a release issued by TAJ on Thursday, the outage will affect the eServices facility from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm during the maintenance period.
The agency said the disruption will impact RAiS eServices and services available through the Jamaica Tax Portal (JTP), including Property Tax payments, Traffic Ticket payments and Fitness Fee payments.
“We apologise for the inconvenience caused, as this temporary outage is necessary to facilitate the system upgrade. We are undertaking this scheduled and necessary activity to enhance and improve your online business experience with us,” TAJ said.
