Grace Back-To-School Bites: Sardine Fried Rice

3 cups cooked and cooled Grace Jasmine Rice
1 can Grace Sardines, drained and broken into large pieces
1 small can Grace Mixed Vegetables, drained
1 tbsp Grace Jamaican Green Seasoning
1 tsp Caribbean Traditions All-Purpose Seasoning
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Grace Vegetable Oil
1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
1 egg, beaten (optional)
Caribbean Traditions Black Pepper, to taste

Method
1. Heat the Grace Vegetable Oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the Grace Jamaican Green Seasoning to the hot oil and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
