Dancehall artiste-turned-gospel deejay Lieutenant Stitchie, who passed away on Monday, charted on multiple Billboard listings.

His first charted single was the remix of Dress to Impress, a major release for Atlantic Records, which climbed as far as #16 on the Billboard Dance Music Club Play chart in March 1990.

Signed to Atlantic Records in 1988, Stitchie released three albums for the New York-based label. They are The Governor (1989), Wild Jamaican Romances (1991), and Rude Boy (1993).

Ego Tripping, featuring Mad Lion, rose to #36 on the now-defunct Billboard R&B/Hip Hop Singles Sales chart in December 1999. It spent three weeks on Hot R&B/Hip Hop Songs chart, peaking at #96.

Mr Lover, a collaboration with Chevelle Franklyn, peaked at #29 on R&B/Hip Hop Singles Sales chart in early 2000, but stalled at #92 on Hot R&B/Hip Hop Songs.

Over on Hot Rap Songs, Ego Tripping spent 21 weeks but stalled at #14, and Mr Lover charted at #12 clocking 13 weeks on the chart.

The popular Night and Day single, which topped local charts, did not make the Billboard, neither did the Ghetto Hip Hop remix of En Vogue’s Give it Up, Turn it Loose, which featured Stitchie. The remix was released on East West Records in November 1992.

Thanks to their collaboration with Beenie Man on the song For You, which also features Kemar McGregor (the producer), Snoop Dogg, Elephant Man, Stefflon Don, and Vanessa Bling, entertainers Tifa, D’Yani, Kraff, Pamputtae, and Shaneil Muir have earned their first entry on a Billboard chart.

For You debuted last week at #39 on the Billboard Rhythmic Airplay chart. This week it moves up to #34.

As previously reported, For You has given Beenie Man his sixth entry on this particular Billboard chart and it is also his first entry in 20 years.

He last visited the tally in May 2006, when Zingy, a collaboration with AK’Sent rose to a #32 high and spent six weeks on the chart.

For British-born Stefflon Don, who is of Jamaican parentage, this is her third entry on the Rhythmic Airplay chart. She got as far as #12 in 2018 with Hurtin Me featuring French Montana.

This is the first entry on the Rhythmic Airplay chart for Elephant Man, who previously charted on multiple Billboard charts including the Hot 100, Hot R&B/Hip Hop Songs and Hot Dance Music Club Play charts.

Vanessa Bling’s EP Still Standing reached #3 in 2018 on the Billboard Reggae Albums chart.

For You appears on Beenie Man’s latest album Eminence, which was produced by Billboard King Records.

Karol G’s Bby WOW, which samples the popular Coolie Dance rhythm, continues to lead the pack on both the Billboard Global 200 and Global 200 Excluding US charts. It also remains at the top of the Hot Latin Songs, and Hot Latin Rhythm Songs charts. Over on Latin Rhythm Airplay, it bolts from #10 to #2 and surges from #37 to #4 on Latin Airplay.

Terry Linen’s Lift Me Higher crowns the #1 spot on both the South Florida Reggae and New York Reggae charts.

On South Florida Reggae, No Strings Attached by Joanna Marie rises from #6 to #3, while Lila Ike’s
What it Feels Like moves into the #9 position. Freedom by Minister Marion Hall climbs to #13, and
Unconditional Love by Marcia Griffiths enters at #23.

Come Feel the Love by Morgan Heritage rises from #6 to #4 on the New York Reggae chart, with
Get Up and Fight by Capleton bolting from #12 to #8.

Who by Kashief Lindo, which opened at #28 last week, is now #24. This week’s new entries are
Puppet on a String by Racquel Jones (#28) and Hopeton Lindo’s A Miracle at #30.

Over to the Reggae North Canadian Top 20 Reggae & Dancehall chart, Tonya P spends a second week at #1 with Just Try.

The sole new entry is Love Me Forever by Iley Dread featuring Marcia Griffiths, which arrives at #20.

And Give Thanks by Future Fambo and Sheenwrks spends a third week at #1 on The Voice of the Caribbean Florida Reggae and Dancehall Top 20 Radio Singles chart.

Move by Cham and Jada Kingdom climbs two spots to #4; Rotation by Kabaka Pyramid dips to #3; and Babylon So Evil by Capleton, Damian and Stephen Marley slips to #4.

Masicka’s 1 Psalm featuring Damian Marley moves up to #5. Stand on Business by Sean Paul opens at #20.
