KINGSTON, Jamaica —  Adam Hill has been appointed chief executive officer of Proven Properties, effective November 1, 2026, the company has announced.

Hill previously served as chief development officer and brings more than a decade of experience in architecture, project management, construction and development management.

He will lead the company’s residential and commercial portfolio, working with consultants, contractors, investors and regulators to deliver projects efficiently, responsibly and to high standards of quality.

The company said his appointment strengthens Proven Properties’ ability to create long-term value for investors and communities.

His three years with Stok LLC in Canada strengthened his expertise in sustainability, decarbonisation and integrated project delivery. He will focus on sustainable growth, resilience and disciplined execution across the portfolio.

“Adam is known for bringing diverse stakeholders together around shared goals,” said Chairman of Proven Properties, Christopher Nakash.

“We are confident that his strategic vision and disciplined execution will lead Proven Properties into its next chapter of growth.”

“I am honoured to take on this role at such a pivotal time,” said Hill. “I look forward to continuing to work with our exceptional team and partners to deliver projects responsibly and to high standards, creating enduring value for investors and the communities we serve.”
