On a matter of concern

Dear Editor,

Isn’t it about time we (Jamaica) compile a letter to the justice department of the USA, in relation to the reciprocal arrangement concerning child support?

When the US government wants cooperation on things like the ship rider law, we gladly agree and sign. I do not know how many children are suffering due to the lack of a 50 state agreement to have fathers support their children. God will help the poor, but we must ask for this legislation…
