The Sexcription for your love life
Many people visit their physicians when they need a prescription for a specific ailment, but when that ailment occurs in the bedroom, you need another expert.Sexcription is Dr Dunbar’s new book which is slated to be released this year.
This week, Reverend Dr Carla Dunbar, marriage, sex and family therapist, shares some tips for loving without limits.
1.Make your sex life a priority. Lovemaking/sex many times gets left off the list of things to do, as you may be fatigued, especially if you have children. Make having sex a priority, even if you have to make a list.
2. Connect with your partner throughout the day. This is a great intimacy builder. Don’t wait till it’s dark. Use the daytime — and technology
—
to tease each other before bed.
3. Take time to know your spouse. If you know your spouse you’ll be more likely to meet their intimate needs.
4. Be creative. Never take your spouse for granted; always seek a way to wow him or her. If you think that’s too time-consuming, you will end up experiencing sexual anorexia.
