If I could turn back the hands of time…
So many of us suffer from the woulda, coulda, shoulda blues, as we wish we could turn back the hands of time and put right the wrongs that we committed in the past.
Many of us wonder what or how things would be if only we could make things right.
If you could travel back in time to mend a relationship, what relationship would it be and why?

I would have to travel back to my high school days, all the way back to fourth form. There was this girl who liked me, she was in second form. I thought she was a nice girl, but being a teenager I was more interested in getting other parts of her than her heart. I took her virginity and then treated her like she was nothing. I still feel bad for what I did.
Chinita, 25:
I would go back in time to fix the relationship I had with my ex. It was fixable but I didn’t want to take the time to work on my shortcomings. I just thought that he was a nag, but he wasn’t. He had my best interests at heart but I was too silly to see it.
Cayla, 28:
I would go back in time but not to mend a past relationship. I would go back in time to stay longer in my last relationship to see what would have happened if he didn’t migrate to Atlanta, or if I could have handled a long-distance relationship.
Desreen, 40:
I wouldn’t go back in time even if I could, because in doing so it would alter my present and right now I’m happy with the man I have. My past prepared me for him, so I wouldn’t change a thing.
Rodney, 39:
I would go back to mend a few relationships. The only problem would be choosing which ones were truly worth mending.
Shauna, 35:
There is only one relationship that I would want to mend and that would be the only relationship I was truly happy in. It was my first love. I have never found that type of love again. If I could go back in time I would have never got so drunk that I slept with his best friend. It was my first time drinking alcohol and he was at work so I had to go to the party alone. That was the biggest mistake I ever made. I haven’t even taken a sip of alcohol since.
