Man talk
IT’S only natural to want to brag when you’ve got a good thing going, and many women can’t help sharing with their girlfriends how good they have it when they hit the jackpot with a good man.
But is it safe to be sharing your joy like this? Should you tell your girlfriends everything about your man?
Dahlia, 39:
Sometimes the same person you are telling about your man is the same person who is making a list for how to steal your man. So while they pretend to be happy for you they are happy at the thought of how your man can make them happy.
Owen, 35:
Some women need to know how to keep their personal business on a need-to-know basis. Can you imagine as a man all her friends know more about your private parts than you the owner? And you know when she has told then everything, based how they look at you or they laugh funny when they see you. Women need to stop it.
Neresa, 27:
I think some things should be kept between you and your man. No need to take every aspect of the relationship to every listening ear.
T, 24:
Men do it too, but as men we know what to talk about from what not to talk about. If she is just some woman and means nothing to me, then yes I would tell my friends. But if this woman means something to me and I care about her, I wouldn’t tell my friends a thing about our sex life. But women, they just talk and talk and then act all surprised when their friend sleeps with their man. If you keep advertising your man don’t you think your friends are going to be curious?
Nadine, 33:
I learnt the hard way not to share info about my man. So ever since then I keep certain things to myself.
