It is termed ‘risk management’ in business to keep your options open and have plans in place should Plan A fall short or collapse. Does the same apply to relationships?

A woman will date more than one man simply because she is trying to figure which one is right for her and her lifestyle. Most people tend to categorise dating as intimate relationships, when it is actually not. Dating is the first phase of a relationship where two people are mostly communicating to determine if they should take it to the next level or totally abandon ship.

There is therefore absolutely nothing degrading about a woman who understands the concept of risk management and actually applies it to her life. She is simply being cautious and simply protecting herself.

Once it crosses into intimacy though, it can get more complicated, so it is always best to stick to the platonic  until a decision is made as to who will be the lucky guy.

But a woman who has her options open is simply a woman who sees it as important to know personalities before she jumps into intimacy.
