What are your plans for V-Day?
WILL it be a romantic dinner for two, a night of Netflix and chilling, or just quiet time as a couple? Or, will you be hanging out with the girls, or be by yourself, catching up on some much-needed you time?
Tomorrow is Valentine’s Day, and like it or not, love is in the air. Whether it’s time for loving yourself or your mate, it’s important to celebrate the reason for the season. Below, some readers share their plans for the big day:
Kemar H: I’m always making plans and going all out to please her on the special days. This year I’m going to sit back and see what, or if, she will do anything.
Sabrina B: He’s been away for months, so I’m doing a romantic dinner at home. I want it to be just the two of us. I’ll be shopping for some sexy intimates today.
Ricardo B: My lady is overseas visiting family. I placed an order with a flower shop nearby to deliver a bouquet of roses to her.
Yanique K: Well, I was ordered not to make any plans (smile). My boyfriend told me that I should just make myself available from 6:00 pm. I’ve been trying, but still can’t figure out what he has planned.
Stacey D: Valentine’s Day will be a singles’ night out for me and two of my single girlfriends. We’re going out for dinner after work.
Miguel B: I’m treating my girl to two nights at a hotel on the North Coast.
Kim S: It all started from last weekend. I took him to a spa to get pampered, and tomorrow I’m taking him out to lunch. After work we’ll have a romantic getaway at home.
