Eskay caters for Elaine Thompson
WHEN Olympic gold medallist and beloved Sportswoman of the Year Elaine Thompson wanted to have an extra special congratulatory dinner recently, there was only one chef she wanted to answer the call — Chef Stephen Hamilton of Eskay Caterers.
To start the evening, Hamilton created an orange pan-seared dolphin salad with fresh greens and a crunch of apples. The perfect blend of this healthy and tasty dish served up several flavours, while adhering to a health-conscious diet.
For the main course, Thompson sampled Eskay’s herbed ginger sautéed shrimp served with deconstructed sweet potato banana puree topped off with a carrot pineapple sauce. The meal was a truly eclectic blend of international flavours and local cuisine.
