Sex secrets from older women
THEY say the older the berry, the sweeter the wine, and when it comes to women, like fine wine, they do get better with age.
So it comes as no surprise that some men will go after more mature or older women when choosing a life partner, as they find the stability, charisma and power that comes with being older far more attractive.
But is there any evidence to suggest that sex is more satisfying when you’re an older woman?
For marriage, sex and family therapist Reverend Dr Carla Dunbar, the old adage does say that wine gets better with age, and the same is often true for sex.
However, while ‘better sex’ may be relative to one’s understanding and experience, she says, it is definitely more intense and includes much more intimacy as you get older.
“My book Sexcription boasts a chapter called Geriatric Sex, which speaks to the subject matter in more depth. However, just the fact that a more experienced lover will give quality time to the lovemaking process makes it better for both,” she said.
Dr Dunbar further explained, “Most younger persons, men especially, only enjoy the climax, just a few seconds of hurried pleasure. A more sexually experienced lover knows how to leave a trail of pleasure from start to finish, having their lover not wanting the climax to be hastened. We may not all be able to handle the acrobatics of younger years, but then that’s not all there is to great sex.”Below some women share with All Woman a few secrets to having better sex as they get older.

Now, I’m not afraid to talk and I’m more confident and demanding of what I want. The shy business is totally gone. I’m not afraid to say “Change your position, touch me here, or this isn’t working“.

I never had my children in my 20s, so now they are teenagers and you don’t want your teen seeing you having sex. So I find that sneaking around and finding creative ways to have sex makes it more exciting and hotter.
