How to get over an ex

The past can affect the present if there is no closure. When a relationship ends, it is always recommended that you handle issues of your past before jumping into a new relationship, as baggage can stymie growth. But how does one speed up this issue of closure? How do you get over, and stay over your ex?

Kimmy:Delete every memory you shared. If you are constantly talking about your ex, it is a clear sign that you are nowhere near getting over them.Fennel:I deleted the photos, messages and threw away every gift he ever bought me. I couldn’t keep the things around because it made me reflect and it made me depressed.Latoya:I stopped going to the places I used to go with my ex. It brought bad memories and affected how I related to my current man.Leroy:I just decided to get over it and I did just that. It is all about mindset.NY:I moved on and never looked back. I wasn’t about to cry in pity while he was out there living it up.
