Gentlemen, show some regard for the women in your life
IT is very frustrating when a man is clueless about what a woman wants him to do. No woman wants to be issuing directions at every step of the relationship journey. It is even worse when you talk to him about it and things remain the same.
Women do not expect men to be perfect. After all, no one is. They just want their men to show some empathy.

I wish he would show me more respect. We have three young children and I decided to stay home to raise them until they get older. Ever since I stopped working, he tells me that he is the one who is working, so he should make all the major decisions. He doesn’t listen to my opinions for most things.

I want my husband to express his feelings verbally. He treats me like a queen and with the utmost respect, but I wouldn’t mind hearing him say ‘I love you’ more often.

Compliment me! I go out of my way to look more appealing for him. The least he could do is tell me that he likes how I look.

Be more affectionate. Kiss me or hug me when I am not expecting it.

I wish he was more of a gentleman. He treats me well, but I want the simple things too, like opening the door for me or holding my hand when I’m going up steps in heels without me asking.

If only he would help out around the house sometimes. Most times I am the only one cleaning, especially on the weekend. I would appreciate him helping some more in that area. He doesn’t have to do everything all the time, just help out some more.
