Blast off!

SAGICOR Group Jamaica had its annual team conference at the Jamaica Conference Centre on January 20, a motivational seminar dubbed “Blast Off”, held under the theme “I am Sagicor”. The Conference Centre was decked out with elements from the popular futuristic Transformers franchise, and team members were encouraged to bring their little ones, as special arrangements were made to create a hub for them to hang out throughout the day.

The Transformers thematic décor was to tie in with the company’s overall objective of promoting innovation and teamwork, and while the Sagicor “Sagi-Bot” team members attended the main sessions, their children enjoyed the “Junior Bot” hub, which included video games, movies and other fun activities.

Here are some highlights:
