Breaking the ice
When it comes to meeting and getting to know someone, it can be a challenge knowing what to ask, and how much to ask. But there are certain key things that need to be known before you get to level two, and put your heart into it.
So get these issues out of the way first. Ask:
What do you do for a living?
This will give you an overview of his social status and how his time is framed. For example, if he is a doctor you will know for sure that his time is limited and that will be carried over in the relationship. It also gives you the opportunity to ask yourself if you can handle it.
Where did you grow up?
This is getting into the past and so it gives you historical information. To understand someone in their present state, you must know their history.
Are you close to your parents?
You will get information on how he treats with sensitive relationships and you can judge for yourself if you think his character will match with yours based on his relationships with his parents whether it is good or not so good.
What is the most out-of-the-box thing you ever did?
This will tell you if he is the type to get up and be spontaneous, and you can judge if that is for you or not. Not all women like spontaneity, some prefer a quiet lifestyle and so it is important for that information to be shared.
Do you believe in a supreme being?
This needs to be confronted early because if the beliefs are not the same or similar, the relationship is already rocky before it starts.
