Want commitment? Follow these rules

Mentioning the word commitment to some men is like putting a rope around their necks and forcing them to jump. For some men, it is not the actual act that scares them, it is the demands that women place on them. Ladies, below are the things to avoid when trying to get your man to effortlessly commit to you.

Talking about commitment

It is understandable that you may want to know where the relationship is heading, but constantly trying to talk to your man about it will put pressure on him, possibly causing him to retreat even if he was about to ask you to marry him.

Listing your attributes

You do not have to put on a show for a man to see the woman he has. If he sees what he desires in you, he will make that decision to commit to you. You don’t have to constantly speak to your character or your morals – your man will see that in how you live your life and he will commit.

Playing detective

If you are constantly searching for evidence of him cheating or are feeling that he is, it will put a huge dent in the relationship. If he sees that you cannot trust him, he will not commit to you.

Being controlling

If you are the only one running the show, he will see no real need to take part in the relationship.

Being selfish

If you desire commitment, you have to compromise. Being selfish will only push that man away.
