For outstanding service

The association between FHC and the civil service week steering committee has facilitated a revamp of the annual awards with the three awardees, up from a single civil servant of the year awardee for the previous 15 stagings. In addition to its increased collaboration, FHC granted the winners $200,000 each and a $150,000 allocation towards a joint community project.
