Market Sales & Events

Nordel Leach sold 226,294 shares of Lasco Financial Services Limited on June 1.

A related entity of Supreme Ventures Limited purchased 220,518 shares for a consideration of $5.73 million on November 10.

A connected party of Mayberry Jamaican Equities Limited purchased 91,803 shares at $12 for a consideration of $1.10 million on November 14.

A senior manager of Mayberry Investments Limited sold 11,419 shares on November 15 while another senior manager sold 2,173 shares on November 16.

A senior manager of Dolla Financial Services Limited bought 500,000 shares on November 14 for a consideration of $1.68 million while another senior manager sold 72,849 shares on November 17.

A related party of NCB Financial Group Limited (NCBFG) sold 79,000 shares for a consideration of $6.72 million on November 15.

A connected party of NCBFG purchased 100,000 shares at $85 each on November 16, and 50,000 shares at $84.99 each on November 17.

A connected party of IronRock Insurance Company Limited purchased 50,000 shares at $2.66 per share on November 18.

A connected party of Kingston Wharves Limited sold 1,000,000 shares at $30 each on November 17.

A connected party of Mayberry Investments Limited (MIL) purchased 921,578 shares at $6.50 for a consideration of $5.99 million on November 22. A connected party of MIL sold 5,249 shares while a related party purchased 20,000 shares between November 18 to 22.

A senior manager of PanJam Investment Limited bought 40,000 shares on November 22 and a connected party purchased 800 shares on November 23.

Six non-executive directors of GraceKennedy Limited were granted a combined total of 42,738 shares as part of the company’s 2022 annual compensation for the year.

Community & Workers of Jamaica Co-operative Credit Union Limited purchased 9,299 shares on November 17 and 18 under its share buy-back programme.

Kingston Properties Limited repurchased 125,000 shares between November 18 to 22 at an average price of $7.12 under its share buy-back programme.

Harvey Levers has been appointed as the chief executive officer of Elite Diagnostic Limited effective July 1. Anna Young has resigned as company secretary of Elite, effective December 31.

Elite Diagnostic Limited has declared a dividend of $0.02 to be paid on December 21 to shareholders on record as of November 24. This payment totals $7.07 million.

General Accident Insurance Company Jamaica Limited has declared a dividend of $0.24298 to be paid on December 15 to shareholders on record as of December 5. This payment totals $250.57 million.

Spur Tree Spices Jamaica Limited has declared a dividend of $0.0175 to be paid on December 20 to shareholders on record as of December 8. This payment totals $29.35 million,

Massy Holdings Limited has declared a final dividend of TT$0.1268 to be paid on December 16 for shareholders on record as of December 9. This payment totals TT$250.99 million.

Seprod Limited and Kingston Wharves Limited will consider dividend payments to their shareholders at their board meetings today.
