Rushane "Chizzie" Patterson, the person of interest in the death of social media influencer Aneka "Slickianna" Townsend, was arrested at a guest house in Hanover sometime after 1:00 am on Wednesday morning, according to the Jamaica Constabulary Force.
According to police, he was picked up at the Palm Tree Guest house in Green Island, Hanover. He is yet to be charged.
Patterson was named as a person of interest in Townsend's death on October 22 and was asked to turn himself in to the police.
Slickianna's body was retrieved by the Marine Police in the Reading area of Montego Bay, St James, on October 21.
A popular social media personality, she is known for her online clothing store, Slick Pieces JA. She also endorsed several clothing businesses.
