Eat me!” And if Duvaughn Morris, CEO, AM Distributors Limited (trading as eCup) has his way patrons will no longer throw out empty cups of joe but will eat the wafer in which it is poured. Introducing Cupffee, a sustainable alternative to plastic and paper cups, which stays crunchy for at least 40 minutes, doesn’t leak for a full day, and is edible.

Morris on a recent visit to the Thursday Food desk revealed more about his packs of vegan wafer that come in 110ml and 220ml sizes and are handy holders for cocktails, soup, cereal/porridge and ice cream. “I saw the wafer cups online, did the research, found the distributors in 2022 and here we are”. Indeed, Morris is busy making the rounds as well as hosting tasting sessions. The feedback thus far has been positive.
