Not surprisingly, jerk has caught on across the United States within the Caribbean diaspora with several jerk festivals being held annually in places such as Orlando, South Florida, Miami, Chicago and Atlanta among other cities.

This Sunday, jerk loyalists will observe the fourth annual National Jamaican Jerk Day across the United States.

Major brands of jerk seasonings, such as Grace Foods, Walkerswood, and Ocho Rios, play a pivotal role in recognising and celebrating National Jamaican Jerk Day. These brands have become synonymous with jerk cuisine’s authentic flavours and traditions.
