Gun found hidden in ackee tree in Kingston
A firearm and several rounds of ammunition were found in an ackee tree during an operation along Sunlight Street, Kingston on Monday.
Reports from the Denham Town police are that about 6:30 pm, a team conducted a snap raid at a premises in the area.
During the search, one black Intratec 9mm pistol along with sixteen 9mm rounds and one m16 magazine were recovered in the hollow of an ackee tree.
No one was arrested in relation to the seizure.
