Institute of Jamaica invites bid for lease of Green Hills Field Station
KINGSTON, Jamaica— The Institute of Jamaica has requested the submission of offers for the lease of its Green Hills Field Station in its current condition.
The property, according to the Institute, is “uniquely nestled” on approximately 3.578 hectares of lush green land. It is not located within the boundaries of the Blue and John Crow Mountains National Park but is found within the community buffer zone of the park.
The station houses a wooden structure consisting of a small kitchenette, six bedrooms, three ensuite bathrooms, and one bathroom stall with two toilets and two showers.
For companies wishing to bid, the eligibility requirements include: A valid/current tax compliance letter (TCL) or tax compliance certificate (TCC).
For individuals, A Tax Registration Number (TRN) card, letter or slip and a current/valid Government of Jamaica-issued photo ID, specifically a driver’s licence, passport or national identification card are required.
The Institute has advised that a calcification meeting will be held on Thursday, September 22, via a Google meet platform.
All tenders must be deposited in the tender box located at the foyer of the Institute of Jamaica, 10-16 East Street, Kingston no later than 1:00pm Monday, October 31, 2022.
