#NationalTrials: Blake looks to bounce back in 200m
KINGSTON, Jamaica – Yohan Blake will look to bounce back from his 100m disqualification, having qualified for Sunday’s final of the men’s 200m.
Blake, who is the second fastest man in history over the event with a time of 19.26, clocked 20.35 to win semi- final three. He finished ahead of Nigel Ellis of Elite Performance (20.52) and Bryan Levell of Edwin Allen High (20.55).
Rasheed Dwyer of Sprintec won semi-final two in 20.25 ahead of Tyquendo Tracey of Swept Track Club (20.75).
Last year’s winner Andrew Hudson of Puma took top honours in semi-final one in 20.31. Shevioe Reid finished second in 20.55.
They will face the starter at 7:45 pm.
