Two men in custody following gun, ammo find in Kingston

KINGSTON, Jamaica— Two men were taken into custody after a firearm and ammunition were seized by members of the Quick Response Unit on Verene Avenue in Kingston about 11:40am on Tuesday.

During a snap raid in the area the police recovered a 9mm Taurus Pistol along with 10 rounds of ammunition.

The identities of the men are being withheld pending further investigations.
