Witness says he had sexual relationship with Beachy Stout’s wife
KINGSTON, Jamaica – The man who pleaded guilty to being the contractor in the 2020 murder of Tonia McDonald in Portland, Denvalyn Minott, revealed in the Home Circuit Court on Wednesday that he had a sexual relationship with her.
Minott, who is serving 19 and a half years in prison for his role of contractor in the July 20, 2020 murder of Tonia on the Sherwood Forest main road is currently a Crown witness in the murder trial of Everton ‘Beachy Stout’ McDonald and his co-accused Oscar Barnes. Beachy Stout and Barnes are being tried for Tonia’s murder.

“She used to give him trouble with me. I was part of her life, like a relationship and having sex with her. The relationship ended because she is dead,” Minott said.
McDonald, a popular Portland businessman, is also being tried along with his co-accused Oscar Barnes. Tonia’s throat was slashed and she was stabbed multiple times. Her partially burned body was found beside her razed motor vehicle on the Sherwood Forest main road in Portland.
Earlier today, Minott detailed the gruesome incident for the court, allegeing that Tonia was kicking and fighting while she was being repeatedly stabbed.
