Today’s Horoscope – May 9

Happy birthday for Tuesday, May 9, 2023. Even with Mercury in retrograde, we can still expect a productive day. Though, we’ll most likely be reviewing and fine-tuning existing plans and projects rather than starting anything new. It’s an excellent day for handling unfinished business or following up on pending items. If we’ve been dealing with a creative block or any sort of delay with an ongoing project, today may bring a breakthrough. The cosmic weather for today supports resourcefulness and an outside-the-box approach. There may be surprise developments that may call on us to improvise or switch things up. Change can be a good thing.

ARIES (March 21 to April 19): Progress can be made involving money. If you’ve been job hunting, switch up your approach. Take a chance on a long-shot opportunity — you might be pleasantly surprised.

TAURUS (April 20 to May 20): You might have an “aha” moment today with a decision or an idea. Perhaps it’s time to change course and go in a new direction.

GEMINI (May 21 to June 20): There’s only so much that you can control. Try to practice the art of surrender.

CANCER (June 21 to July 22): Getting advice from a trusted confidante can help you in realizing the kind of future that you want.

LEO (July 23 to Aug 22): Revising your plans or strategy with regards to your career or business can pave the way for success. Consider an unconventional approach.

VIRGO (Aug 23 to Sept 22): You might be reinspired to pursue a dream or an idea that you’ve put on the backburner. Perhaps the timing wasn’t right before, but it is now.

LIBRA (Sept 23 to Oct 22): You may be ready to clear the air with someone or deal with something you’ve been avoiding. This might be uncomfortable, but it’s an opportunity to free yourself emotionally.

SCORPIO (Oct 23 to Nov 21): Keep an open mind. You never know who you might meet or where the day will take you. A surprise visit or phone call could lead to something great.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov 22 to Dec 21): Sometimes, if you want to progress forward, you have to go back to the basics.

CAPRICORN (Dec 22 to Jan 19): You could experience a breakthrough today, whether it’s with your confidence or your creativity.

AQUARIUS (Jan 20 to Feb 18): You may be finally ready to let go of a part of the past or feelings you’ve been holding on to for too long. Family dynamics may play a role.

PISCES (Feb 19 to March 20): As you think about your goals and your future, what can you change in the here and now to get where you want to be?

FOR TODAY’S BIRTHDAY

You have a rebellious spirit and a brave heart. You don’t follow the rules; you make them. Having the freedom to be yourself is important for you. You don’t do anything in a conventional or traditional way — you do things your way. You live outside the box, and you color outside the lines. You’re truly a unique individual. You often view the world in a way that others don’t, giving you the gift of foresight and ingenuity. You’re also someone who’s easy to talk to, because you’re still relatable and down-to-earth. This is your year to embark on new adventures.

Birthdate of: Noah Centineo, actor; Collins Key, YouTuber/entertainer; John Corbett, actor/singer.
