High-end nail bar Tip Sip recently remodelled and reopened to accommodate patrons in a more comfortable, convenient and luxurious space. The premium nail bar located in the stylish Icon Feare-View Mall in Montego Bay offers a range of services, all delivered with refreshing cocktails.
Tip Sip co-owner Annette Maxwell explained that the move to refresh the space was based on market demand and serves the needs of its discerning clientele.
"We continue to pay attention to the changing trends within the market and the feedback from clients has driven the move to further improve the space. The kind of service and ambiance that Tip Sip provides is much-needed. The visual aesthetics of the salon must be exceptional for me, the use of high-quality furniture and décor elements that prioritise the client's comfort while boasting that upmarket look and feel. Another major priority is our outstanding hygiene standards for customer comfort and peace of mind. We go above and beyond in this area, as that is important to customers. Of course, our customer service is also a major drawing card. We pride ourselves on taking care of our clients from the minute they enter to the time they leave. We provide cocktails of their choice; that is a feature you won't find in traditional salons," Maxwell emphasised.
"All of this revolves around the excellent services we offer though, and in this we are exceptional as well. Our services are above-average. Our technicians are highly trained, they spend the time and effort delivering any service. A pedicure for example, what we offer as a regular pedicure, is considered premium in other establishments. We offer convenience; that is a part of the culture of Tip Sip. From ample parking to being served coffee, tea or a glass of Champagne, everything to create that feeling of being pampered. We try to consider every avenue to best suit our clientele, even WiFi access in-store, so clients can continue their business affairs," Maxwell added.
