Perfectly Pretty Pastels…for your Easter tablescape
Decorating for the holidays can be such fun, and most tend only to do this for Christmas, but what about Easter? This is also a great time to bring a little cheer into the home with themed décor. For Easter, that’s bunnies and eggs, grass beds and topiaries, and lots of pretty pastel colours.
A great place to start with your tablescape is with the tablecloth; you can use a crisp white and build on the colours with coloured plates, napkins, flowers and coloured eggs. Table settings can be fairly standard, but it’s what you do as the centrepiece that really adds drama, creates a theme or makes the statement. A few ideas for your Easter tablescape can range from traditional to modern, but what makes them similar is the eggs and/or bunnies of the Easter theme.
