63-y-o man, son arrested after cops find gun in Clarendon
CLARENDON, Jamaica — A 63-year-old man and his 33-year-old son were yesterday arrested after police reportedly found a loaded gun in a house in Woodhall, Chapelton in Clarendon.
The Jamaica Constabulary Force, in a social media post this morning, said the gun — a Glock Pistol — contained 10 rounds of ammunition.
In a subsequent press release, the communication arm of JCF, the Corporate Communications Unit (CCU), said a team of officers were conducting operations in the area about 5:30 pm, when they found the weapon in a section of the house.
CCU said the identities of the two men are being withheld pending further investigations.
