LASCO offers canned ‘salted fish’
KINGSTON, Jamaica – Salt fish, a vital ingredient in Jamaica’s national dish will be sold in a new form as LASCO will be adding to its wide range of products, a canned version of the normally dried and salted product.
In a post on its Social Media page on Monday, LASCO said the canned “salted fish” will be available on shelves this week.
The company said the “quick and easy treat” is for consumers’ on-the-go life as it is affordable, convenient and ready to eat.
