Cabbie shot dead in Half-Way-Tree

KINGSTON, Jamaica — Forty-one-year-old Antarna Allen, otherwise called 'Buju', a taxi operator of Phase 1 Seaview Gardens Kingston 11, was gunned down in Half Way Tree Kingston 10 Monday night. 

The police report that about 9:00 pm, Allen was at the intersection of Spencer James Drive and Suthermere Avenue when he was pounced upon by a gunman on foot who shot him several times.

He was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead. 

The Half Way Tree police are investigating.
